Linda’s first broker was the head of Real Estate Ethics for the state of Iowa. Her emphasis on fairness, full-disclosure, transparency, and knowledge of and adherence to law, left an indelible mark. This experience put Linda on a course of seeking specific education and credentials to deepen her knowledge of real estate from the core principles upward. Since navigating over 800 transactions in her 18+ year career as a full-time agent, she knew it was imperative that her clients were treated honestly, ethically, and equally regardless of price range or outcome.
